Captcha is used by a computer to identify humans from bots. The Turing test is used by humans to tell if someone (or things) is inteligent. Or not.

And some people fail the turing test - for instance, the bloody idiot that wrote this quote....

@magicMirror dafuq are you talking about? The turing test is not about intelligence. An AI can pass this test if a human can not find out if the AI is a human or not.

The Turing test is a conceptual test that can differentiate a computer from a human merely through communication. It's not a particular standard set of questions and by the definition of a Turing complete machine the answers cannot be defined. If an AI can pass a turing test that just means we need a better test.
