It's like any "thinking" job. Be patient. Learn from your mistakes. Ask questions. Right down the answers to the questions so you don't piss off your seniors by asking the same question more than once :).
(And please.... don't ask a question until you've at least done a Google search / looked at Stack Overflow / read the documentation. Most of us devs are willing to help, if we know you've already done your due diligence.) -
