@100110111 it depends on language. I wonder if there is any letter that is pronounced in the same way in every language that uses it.

Here I was thinking what so do you mean i [i:] and î [i:] are pronounced differently -
NoMad136664y@100110111 "long stressed i" is basic definition, but what I've heard is more like a "ea". Like meat or beat, but still a tad different cuz longer and more musical.

Sabro3134y@Lensflare It's easier to write by hand (while straight lines are easier to chisel into a stone monument) and then some king told us to use lowercase because he liked to decide what things were fashionable.
