I have weights at home and have a pretty rigurous lifting regime.
I also do keto regularly, I seldom consume sugar, or carbs, so this is easy for me.
I also love long distance running, I can outrun everyone I know.
Lifting weights is my main thing tho, daily, it helps, and with a combo of keto my bodt literally eats itself.
All in all, this makes me lose weight like crazy -
I recommend weight lifting as a whole. If done right your body will continue to consume calories and energy to repair muscle exhaustion. Its fun also, combine with some cardio excercise and you are gold.
Sugar is hell, dump that shit, you don't need it, also dump car heavy and fast food, you'll get sexy in no time. -
money does factor into it,y weight equipment is expensive, if you cannot get to it, then change your diet, diet is the most important thing, your workout will not matter if your diet is shit.

Exercise. Simple as that. Also a little exorcism. Doesn’t hurt.
In all seriousness my drugs of choice are cycling and running. Great for burning fat. -
For me , run DROP DATABASE database , then you will see your seniors chasing you will their chappal. You will run for your life... Stay fit.

Regularly cycling, probably 3-4 hours a week, cheap hardtail is enough for me. And hiking occasionally.
Also I eat twice a day, generally people here eat thrice. -
Three 5k runs a week, two sessions of bodyweight exercises.... And I'm trying to incorporate a run at the local fitness trail.
Plus, my membership at the volunteer fire department and my side gig as a security guard do help. -
Use the bicycle to go to work, about 160 km per week or about 7500 km per year.
And i eat a healthy diet, means over 95% of what i eat does look like it comes from a garden, not a factory nor a slaughterhouse. -
@AleCx04 Sounds pretty unhealthy, especially this " my bodt literally eats itself." make sure you stay healthy and eat enough. Not sure if it is a good idea to do keto if your MD or other professional didn't describe it, since it is a pretty extreme diet which should only be applied for some disease like epilepsy, because keto has some pretty nasty side effects such as the possibility for kidney stones even in kids.
Luckily most people that say they eat a Keto diet don't actually eat Keto (very low carb, low protein diet). -
@happygimp0 nope, it was md approved, clean keto is pretty sustainable tbh, but it ain't cheap, that one is for sure.

@halliFacks Congrats! 4 years is an awesome age, isn't it? I mean this is when the temper tantrums start going away and you can do activities with 'em that are not brain-meltingly boring.
But for the exercise part, twins must be pretty intense. Looking at my girls which have a good bit of time between them, I cannot even imagine how stressful 2 kids of exactly the same age must be. -

For the playmates: yes, I hear this a lot. Still surviving twins seems superhuman to me :)
