it is not tested before prod depolyment? and a CI (jenkins) would save you alot of time

I don't know if you're using GitHub, but do you have protected branches or something like that?

@d4ng3r0u5 we are using gitlab but my coworkers (specially my boss) can't handle too much information... So no protected branches yet.

But what should be ready to deploy from develop was merged into master just to figure out latter it wasn't finished aka breaking changes...

We work (at least I introduced and follow) with a model like git-flow... But bitches work directly on develop and keep pushing unfinished changes ... Don't know what they think of life... Well...

@azous I would recommend you to step up and demonstrate your bodd the importance of protected branches and the importance of a proper git workflow that suits your needs, as to what kind of workflow, ymmv.
If nobody in your companys mgmt cant handke the truth, you should abandon that sinking ship.
