Two things I'd like to share,
1. This is more of a cultural fit type interview to check your attitude. They don't need a reason to hire you, they need a reason to reject you. Don't come out as rigid.
2. Never get emotionally invested/involved during interviews or in general or we tend to fuck up.
Rest I am sure, you'll do good. Keep us posted and all the best bro. -
@Floydimus thanks a lot, bro!
No worries, even if I don't get this job I'm ok with it and won't cry or something like that.
(I have been in way worse situations in life)
But I'm confident that I will get this job! 😂
+ It's a relief to know that it is just an attitude check. -
@theKarlisK haha what even..
Being emotional not necessarily means crying. Our champ @-ANGRY-STUDENT- is ecstatic about the potential new job and in the flow some mistakes he can commit are:
1. Ignoring some evident red flags
2. Getting low balled by HR because he is eager to join
3. Setting high expectations from both sides
4. Oversharing or saying something that might offend the person on other side of the table even though he mentioned it in friendly manner
There were few more pointers I had thought but can't remember them now.
Anyway, I hope he gets the job, learns and earns even more.
Keep us posted.

I have my final interview this week and I am very excited and the more I think about it I get nervous.
This time one of the senior devs from last time will be present, some dude from the business department and another guy who had no information on the internet about himself.
