Is the Karen meme a way to shame women who have a sense of self agency, and choose to question authority? It seems like this would be a good thing in many settings.

smooto223y@Demolishun In the most general sense, the Karen meme is a caricature of narcissistic entitlement. Karen doesn't question authority -- she actively upholds it, so she can lord it over other people to manipulate them into accepting her bad behavior and/or unreasonable demands. Karen in particular also weaponizes stereotypes about women (fragility, helplessness, a need for protection, etc.) to deflect from her own aggression and frame herself as a victim.

Ooh Gee.. Karen won't be happy when i will tell her that only the System Monitor is available
