Something long-term will appear on the long term, that I do agree, but mRNA vaccines aren't that new. (look it up)
Israel has reduced fatality rate after vaccinations compared to before vaccinations period. And since most of population used AstraZeneca vaccine (reduced efficiency to delta (currently most popular strain)) it seems to match the the numbers.

@killames I dunno, frustrated. People close to me believe this shit. It doesn't matter that Japan just rejected millions of doses because they found "foreign matter" in the vaccines. They analyzed and found stainless steel, graphene oxide, and parasites. I am close to just throwing my hands in the air and just watching the world die.

@HitWRight I brought up Chile and Israel because they are one of the leading countries in number of vaccinations; yet Israel is handling covid well because of restrictions that work while Chile is not.

@killames well I don't trust media at all, but then a lot of people have shared their direct experiences of living in the US which I trust at some levels.

I am not saying that the US is absolute unliveable shit hole but then to some extent, the leadership there is so fucked up and cross it with ever evolving capitalism, that sooner than later it will become one.

My personal view point is, I have some amazing friends in the US (and many of them are from this platform), but if I had an option to skip US and settle down in EU or anywhere else is Asia, I'd pick the latter option.
