Okay govs and schools should stop this robotic production by forcing children to learn coding since an early age of 10. It's ridiculous !

Not only are you not giving a shit about whether they are interested or not, you are saturating an already saturated industry. Moreover, you are encouraging young children to sit all day in front of a screen when they should be playing, doing and learning other things.

Let them discover the subject. Let them fall in love with programming and coding. Don't force it onto them...

It's all about being in the list of countries with a "good education system", which probably requires some level of programming background. It's idiotic.

In my country, suddenly calculus (limits, derivatives and integrals) are REQUIRED to be taught before the end of high school.

The industry isn't saturated. There are a lot of incompetent people, not many good. for 10 year olds learning to code to have any impact on the industry, they'd have had to be doing it 15+ years, in a lot of places they weren't.

5-10 more years maybe we'll start to see more passionate people joining.

If the industry is saturated it's only saturated by incompetent developers who don't know what they're doing and force people after them to rewrite entire projects so that its actually maintainable and money chasers....and both groups overlap each other.
