What are you supposed to do if you are getting burned out of your job but like the company and your team? should I tolerate it until I manage to go to another team and move internally?

    I'm so burnt out and they know it they keep throwing cash at me.

    Ride the burn, but don't kill yourself for it. The mind can only take so much before it breaks.

    @sariel 6 months lol, it's a level 1 position and I am used to technical work but the pay is quite good, I have a chance to move to a better team but that will be no less than a year from now.

    Riding the burn could be quite hard, depending on your environment
