@IntrusionCM Large companies with multiple large sources of revenue that shrug when a couple million goes down the tube here and there pursuing side projects make for lots if places inefficiencies can hide and most devs here are contractors so when their time is wasted they don’t care they’ll just charge hourly and when the project fails they hop over to the next company in line through their agency. The ones that do care leave early so you’re left with a bunch of people who don’t address the issue. That’s how
