Definitely more interesting than finance or accounting.
They’re definitely have some traffic challenges to overcome. Video and chat is very demanding and you can definitely learn a lot. They even can have more traffic than most of video streaming websites. Not to forget that porn industry is at the edge of the internet and it basically shaped internet like it is now. Porn companies were streaming videos using real media player when there was only internet explorer and netscape communicator, when lots of people still got floppy drives, monitors were bigger than microwaves and cell phone screen displays were at most 8bit of gray scale.
Anyway job mostly depends on people around not what you do. If people are nice then why not.
