@AlmondSauce Or cheap out on real & well trained support employees. I have never seen a support bot which could truly replace knowledgeable humans.

Some in-chat suggestion which shows best matching FAQ article is fine, but beyond that, there should be a human.

@bittersweet The problem with that is, in my experience at least, a lot of the support humans seem to be just as bad as the bots.

@bittersweet well, the guy worked across from me and looked pretty human, but his support responses did often loom like they were written by a horse.
