I seem to remember it was somewhere along the lines of about 1.9k€/mo. That was a long time ago, tho, and for a public beach / campsite maintenance job.

My first job was around $300 / week.
That was a good 18 odd years ago.

My first "tech" job was like $500-600 / week and that was like 12 years ago but after 4 years and no wage increase or growth I left, wasn't long after the place burnt down so 🤷‍♂️

First salary: 2000€ brutto, around 1300€ netto.

Paper route at age 13, ƒ30 for biking 50km every Saturday.

Shop assistant at age 15, ƒ3/hour so ƒ24 per Saturday.

Junior Developer at Microsoft (18yo), €18k/y

Chemist at pharma company (21yo), €31k/y

Self employed Chemist (23yo), ~€12k/month

Environmental QA Chemist (25yo), €45k/y

For day or a week or a month?

It was 350 INR per day , when my parents thought i was grown up enough to work on summer holidays. But thats when i decided, i m not gonna do any job in my life.

@asgs Creepily the same in my case. 4000 AR$.

After 2½ years apprenticeship (which paid far less than my rent) I started with ca. 27k € / year (+ 8% variable). 2-3 years later I'm at 42k + 8% variable.
