I don't go to the doctor and tell him what tools to use. I was just told to delete the .scss files because they were taking up too much room and to put all partials and images at root instead of in descriptive folders.

Do it. Delete all the .scss files (and make personal copies). If he cries cause the Page looks like shit tell him you have to rewrite all the stylesheets. Lots of free time for you...

@HaehnleinMar haha... well, I did delete them and kept copies... but the price is a set price... so when they ask for a tiny change now... : / - I'm going to do 2 more projects with them since they are already lined up. Then I'll provide them with my thorough outline of my experience and the path I see for them forward and likely be promptly fired. : )
