				Use the name that was in use at the time. You don't need to know what happens to them afterwards. Often, the organisation changes a lot when the name changes, so it's not the same place at all.

				Use the new name so people have something to look up. Mention the old name somewhere (like in the first comment here) so that they know something has changed. I had this happen as well.
