Where do you plan on doing business? (I’m not a lawyer, but depending on your country, you may find that you need to establish your business in the country you intend to do business)

@AmyShackles my country will rarely send paying clients my way, same goes for Georgia. I just need my company legally established so that i can start taking projects from the UNDP, or any client regardless where they are.

Many countries require a verifiable physical presence within their borders, for an incorporation to be granted. Make sure you get this information for any country that might interest you.

Hey man. I recently encountered the same problem, looking for a suitable jurisdiction to my company incorporation. I considered many options and then chose Hong Kong. Look here https://osome.com/hk/..., maybe this will be a good solution to your problem too.
