@darksideofyay signs of iffy management, I've spent half the day discussing with various people what they want to improve, and then told various people "OK, this is how you set it up, post it here, get this person involved, go do it", and literally the problem is none of the managers were supporting people to actually set up the stuff they want. People didn't feel like they could.

So anyway, I'm going to a board game evening later this week.

@atheist I'd talk to my colleagues and HR constantly about this shit, and they agreed, but management didn't change. i left in 4 months and saw about 5 people come and walk out before i did
