Recruiter: This is a 100% remote position

Dev: Good! That’s what I’m looking for.

Just try to find the expiration date of 100% remote. If it is enough time, get the job if you need the money and start looking for other opportunities in future so you can switch job when it is the case

The entire job market would be fixed if platforms allowed reporting advertisers for false information, however these platforms are usually not interested in removing any ads because posting fee is their main income. For all they cared advertisers could kidnap their applicants.

but yeah, blacklisting employers with misleading job offers/description on the job platforms would be nice.
