    What he wants from you is to preload the "basic" (there is probably a term for that, but I don't know what it is called) look and load all other components after that.

    @-ANGRY-STUDENT- I _think_ I know what he means, I preload our background image with a traced svg and the background image then blurs in, and that's what they mean by the 'flash'

    A "satisfying-managers-workaround" would be to just render a full white page until the background image fully loads... which would ultimately cause a much WORSE "flashing"... 🥱

    Or go back to the page gradually appearing like we used to enjoy in the 90s
    (It has to take at least 30 seconds to load)
