Kinda wanna say my teammates are incompetent morons but the truth is I'm not much better

So saying that about them would be admitting it about myself

i don't have the specifics, but my gut tells me that's probably a communication or corporate culture issue. that's been the case for me before. it's hard to work properly if everything around you is a clusterfuck, i wouldn't beat myself up for it

Well, even by admitting it you wold be better since the first step of improvement is to identify the problem :P
