just so you boys know, "sorry you feel this way" is not an apology, and if a guy comes with this bs to me they will be sorry for the way I'll feel then

Im sure it wasn't meant as an apology either. Everyone knows that's not an apology. It's like saying "sorry, but not sorry"

@Hazarth the gal to tell me I "have no reason to be angry" when I'm literally angry at his condescension

Sorry you feel this way 🙏

I've used it in the past, but definitely as a deliberate non apology. Some situations call for it, but it's more often used by idiots wanting to apologise but still shift the blame onto you.

it's not supposed to be an apology, it's a polite way to say "fuck you i don't care", with the bonus of many weaker people not realizing what it really means and confusing it with an apoligy.

that's why women often use it in places where apology is expected.

This is a passive aggressive “fuck you and your feelings”

Love to use it when people test me

@Midnight-shcode @Stuxnet i want a real apology and now I'm gonna hate that guy and be petty, something he could have solved by taking the blame for fucking up, which he did btw

@darksideofyay im a petty betty too but in all reality it doesn’t solve shit lol It’s easier to just move tf on and just keep the relationship 100% professional.

Had a superior go to the head and tell them everything i told the superior in confidentiality. After that i only talked about business stuff, watched what i said, and often left awkward silence so they got the point.

@Stuxnet by being petty i mean that next time he fucks up I'll just take it to our boss instead of trying to talk to him in private

In the same alley as "agree to disagree" bullshit

@darksideofyay “are you on your period or something”?

@darksideofyay yeah, the guy can go fuck himself anyway. People suck, and this one sucks more than the others.

    Sorry you feel... anyway! 😜

I'd respond with "You could feel sorry, but that won't help you understand what the issue here is".

    Passive aggression is fun. 😜
