I want a developer job so baaaddd :( !!! My city sucks for technology jobs. And the few jobs open want 50+ years of experience 😫

    I only have webdev jobs in my area and that's something I really can't stand... Especially the technologies they're all using

    @kaqqao pensacola fl. Is not that they are a rarity, is that they ask for way too much experience and im a newbie :(. I was doing some telecommute work for a while but didnt get paid enough

    @mundo03 i did for a bit but they were pretty tedious and didnt paid good. I have applied for another web development and it work remote but i havent gotten a call. I dont have much experience.

    @purple-engineer I get you, have you tried to get some experience working on opensource stuff?

    That is what i have been told to do but I have not tried yet, it does sound like a good idea though :)

    @purple-engineer ah that's crazy that's where my old boss was from. The closest he could get a job was in Illinois. He's doing well now though.

    @ninjatini yeah, it sucks for technology, but all my friends which are my family now are here and well i love the beach so i dont want to leave 😪
