Hear me out:

Since keras and tf are pretty much schema design rn what if someone made a no-code solution where you drag and drop layers and tweak things in a UI so those data scientists can design it in a UI instead of writing shitty code?

    Then you would lose version control, automation, extensibility and a bunch of other features enabled by the text-based interface, in exchange for avoiding like 30 minutes' learning worth of Python knowledge, in a field that requires months to understand even just on a surface level.

    No-code is for people who otherwise don't have to understand computers; managers, marketing, clients, users.

    The other feature of a GUI is that it lists your options and prevents you from issuing commands that don't make sense, but these are also provided by a strict type system, without losing the advantages of a natural text-based representation.
