    Clippy should be stood next to that search bar too, offering advice.

    "I see you're scrolling, and have found everything you need. Do you need me to fuck up your day?"

    A better idea is to make the search bar hard to find. eg make it the same color as the background. And/or make it move away when you try to click on it.
    Maybe only allow to enter using tab on mobile, or.... arrage it so that the pop up keyboard on mobile hides it.

    Users will flock to your site for such creativity!

    The search bar should be disabled and report a placeholder text:
    “The answer is inside you” 🧙‍♂ïļ

    For every search results page you click, it will play a specific U2 song.

    If it's a website it should be a simple "sticky"ness?

    @fruitfcker “I still haven’t found what I’m looking for”

    How about tiny search boxes that expand when you begin to type. The sucker jumps and distracts/pisses me off every time it happens. Why not just give people the big box in the first place?

    I think everyone misinterpreted my rage. I've never heard "follow the scrolling" in my life. "Fixed?" Sure. "Sticky?" Yep. But "follow the scrolling?"... gtfo

    @fullstackclown to me the request sounds clear and to the point. Only an idiot would feel there is something wrong with the wording the manager used.

    @melezorus34 I mean that's a plan 😁 There is an API that makes it easy to use website itself as a "search engine" in address bar.
    Wish that browsers made it more prominent when website uses such feature.

    @vintprox That is kinda cool.

    @vintprox firefox to the rescue, but even then, you have to click on the address bar to make it shoe up at all

    @Nanos who really knows? It's ManagerSpeak!

    @melezorus34 Firefox has much to learn in usability when it comes to search via address bar... It takes a lot of steps to actually start searching. https://support.mozilla.org/bm/...
