Every one said that in seo just write meta, title and heading and content full of keywords and your website will work but they are wrong i try it all and still it doesn't work.

That's because nobody wants to see your shitty spammer website.

Meta >> must<< be relevant to content.

If no content, or not enough content to be useful, SEO "hacks" wont help you.

Notice the o in seo: It stands for optimization. There must be something to optimize.

Seo doesn’t magically make your website work and relevant.

the one thing about SEO you need to understand:

it's only needed if your content is garbage.

It does work and I'm no SEO expert. I agree with most of the other comments before mine. Maybe your issue is that it may take a bit longer to rank up, maybe there's just so much similar content around you that has been around much longer and is using similar keywords. Keep in mind Google does location based searches so if this site is somewhat local and it still doesn't come up for you when searching the keywords, you may have some other issues to deal with.
