Can PHP & Wordpress just die already?

WP is gaining market share every year.

About as quickly as Javascript will die.
So... umm.... hate to break it to you but... that's not gonna happen.

Wordpress is already long dead, PHP is here to stay

Wordpress shouldn't even be associated with PHP anymore, every self-respecting PHP dev won't even look at that misery

@myss I do, making basic ass templates or adding code to pages from people has been highly lucrative.

I care more about money than elitist bs. I am the mercenary dev, I don't care what the tech stack is as long as I gets paid good money.

Write it in your death note, but even then i predict that php will outlive humanity.

Some random person created a website by drag and drop it IN WORDPRESS. Claim that they are "SOFTWARE ENGINEER", are the worst.
