FWIW notifications have been broken for a few days already. Mentions may have stopped working just today, but "new comments on a rant" must be stuck for 2-3 days now, if not more.

@Root @dfox since the app is largely unmaintained maybe the community can make some official apps with native tech? I'm sure the iOS users would love a less crashy experience, and the extra performance on Android would be pretty suhweet too

There's still a large community here despite lack of updates, and frankly, any community interaction from staff

Just saying maybe it's time to at least consider handing the keys over instead of letting it go until it runs out of gas

Furthermore, and this is not a threat so please don't read it this way, but I have definitely been strongly considering cancelling my supporter subscription for a long time because for the past few years it has felt a LOT less like I'm supporting a neat platform (like it felt when there was interaction from you and new features and updates being introduced), and a lot more like I'm paying 2.99 a month to read tech tweets with a purple background.

@AlgoRythm I have cancelled mine :) bcz since dfox is no longer around, it no longer feels like a maintained app.

I know it is to some extent. I don't feel it. Maintainers may be long dead for all I know - dR could still be running out of inertia - as long as automata are alive.
