There's plenty you can do with cached search results. If you have to ask an actual question, you're almost in deep shit, but there's still ways around that.

The problem is about the SO meme in itself.

I know zero senior engineers who chose to search SO before the actual documentation.

Communities and groups centered around specific languages/frameworks/technologies already exist in forums. Even shit like reddit or discord.
