Has anyone heard of the new OS that Google develops. Fuchsia. It is now not based on Linux but Magenta (Developed by Google) and will probably not use Java but Dart

    I actually think they'll have a better shot at it than Samsung with Tizen. We have yet to see what they'll want to hear with it though.

    @sam9669 Google already is on the market. But I hope they'll use this opportunity for getting rid of the horrible Android update situation.

    Gotta find the time to do a build of fuchsia...
    Maybe on my neglected Nexus 5.

    Dart seems cool. Flutter sdk too *if* it works as advertised

    Right now you'll have to settle for building to a Raspberry pi 3, Intel NUC, or one specific Acer tablet, I believe. Cause that's all that's supported

    @LuckierDodge Yesterday I watched a hands-on video on a rather modern Android smartphone, but I have no idea what model it was.

    @deadlyRants you're right, I sit corrected! Didn't realize people were able to deploy it on other devices now
