Manager asked suggestions to make any changes to work culture, because of the overall productivity issue of the team. The culture was so much toxic that no one was ready to speak.

This reminded me of a technical meeting we had back in the day were the chief HR and CTO where encouraging pipo to ask questions but every time someone asked a question they wud rush to insult the person asking questions. Toxic culture indeed . I would advise to find your self out of that place before it’s too late
