How to make productive use of computer freeze times?

Is there any way to utilize the time where a computer violates the purpose of its existence by not getting work done?

- go for a walk around the office

- wash your dishes at home

- get a cup of coffee or tea

- do some eye-focusing-exercises through the window

- clean your screen and keyboard

- go to the restroom

- refill your water bottle

- check dR on your phone

- clean up around you (both: home and office)

Why do you need to freeze your computer? Is it faster when it's frozen?
