oiledwheels14987dThere were good companies, at least before lockdown - I worked at one which had a top-notch canteen, good workload, got to apply my skills while listening to whatever music I wanted.
Then lockdown happened and all of that ended. Now I'm just looking for a programming job that allows me a life outside of work. At least many that don't do this have the decency to say so - they seem quite proud of it. -

Earu62186dMy experience with companies has always been trial and error. Although I can say that all the startups I’ve worked at were really not great in terms of workloads and of people and their attitudes.
