I don’t know what the hell is up with Twitter these days, but everyone’s debating hopping over to Mastodon…I question why everyone doesn’t just migrate here 🤷🏻‍♂️

im on mastodon, and i like it there. But it was not that active.

It looks too much like twitter

I wont be using Mastodon just like I never used Twitter. I don't like micro blogging as a concept an social media in general are kinda wonky imo.

But I like that mastodon is at least open source and decentralized, so there's no one company that can use it to manipulate everyone and do empty virtue signalling. It's gonna be much more balanced on Mastodon I think.

More power to the people is always good.

If someone liked Twitter before, why would they now go somewhere else as long as Twitter still keeps running. It isn't like it really matters who currently owns the plattform as long as nothing actually changes.

And like it is now, people without adblockers (the Twitter target group) should be served less ads. So Twitter should actually just have become more attractive to them - not less.
