Glad I'm not living in that third world country. Even the cop killer scenario is ludicrous. I've seen some disturbing footage of counter terrorism training by your every day cop. As well as to many unjustified home invasions (like wrong address) to be comfortable with that.
It's giving even more bored wanna be heroes that wanna just blow shit up means. Not that they didn't already have it...
