I don't know about Arch - but the Gentoo manual is firendly.

obviously stands for Rock The Funky Mandolin, however that might sound like

Sometimes I don't mind an rtfm comment.

Because there's so many libs and toold without decent manuals, that once in a while its OK to be reminded that this particular thing is one of those where everyone actually recommends the manual
