I had an old colleague that happened to be the sysadmin for the company. He set DNS filtering. He blocked half of all things IT/server/programming related, and then changed the DNS for his computer so he could access it all and save the day to look good for the boss.

without stackoverflow the network guys are not going to know how to remove the filter :)
