@CoreFusionX Yeah, I eventually found something much better and less stressful. But I’m a glass half empty guy after 26 years of this crap. Just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

The point was they were scattered across multiple time zones and in unstable political situations which screwed with our project scheduling. Having at least some devs in-house would have provided at least a little continuity in our day-to-day ops.
