sariel84472yLet me break it down for you as a new dev taking over your codebase.
You're no developer, you suck! You're a mediocre piece of shit, who cant even code, you suck, i've been developing 41 years. You suck. I'm a left handed typist and you suck. NO! NO! You go. Get the fuck out! Get the fuck OUT! FUCK, YOU! Fucking Asshole. Where are you from? GO TO A STARTUP AND CODE! Maybe someday you'll learn! YOU SUCK! You a no talent piece of shit.
How dare you come down here and commit this. Im here 14 years, I've worked in this town my whole life, you're a DISGRACE. YOU SUCK! How dare you, i'm, i'ma 3 blocks down. Who the hell do you think you are? Who the hell do you think you are? You any kind of developer? Anybody know who you are?! WHO ARE YOU?! You miserable, presumptuous NO TALENT PIECE OF SHIT!
I had Two-Hundered-thousand people with Bill Gates, in 1995. I walked Steve Ballmer up on stage, who the fuck are you? I knew Elon Musk from 1996, who the FUCK ARE YOU!? You're nothing! -
sariel84472y@electrineer thanks. I knew the guy was somewhat of a legend but I didn't know about the building.
His reaction was totally justified IMO. Probably could have threw piss on the trumpet player and would have still been justified. -
@sariel I only listened to the beginning of the interview and felt that it too deserves a critical mind. I don't yet feel like I have enough context to judge the reaction one way or the other, but it was quite a performance, that's for sure.

lankku4422yWe had a great team in this project. I wasn't afraid of the other two devs destroying our codebase.
We made some amazing things. Some totally awesome improvements under the hood.
We're handing the project over today to this pos team who don't know what they're doing 99% of the time and I'm preeetty sure they're going to just ruin everything we accomplished as it doesn't fit in to their (INFERIOR, I might add) way of doing things.
But. It's not my problem anymore. <3 -
Because they are to keep the project going and make more work for themselves once they reach a content wall ?
-
PAKA8882yWhy did you make it possible to break your code? If someone breaks something, it should not pass automated test and prevent that person from merging his breaking change
-
@PAKA some of us don’t have the luxury of having or being allowed to add automated testing in their projects they get assigned
Riddle me this Batman, why am I constantly afraid that other developers are going to fuck up my work after my time on the codebase?
