It is always the "OS + User" combo which makes things stupid.

I had a tech lead once, who was so awesome in linux and networking stuff, he was like a duct-tape programmer for us. But he had toolbars, random search engines and "play poker and earn $300 every night" ads showing in YouTube page. 😛

Last time I got any form of Malware or Virus was when I was trying to download The Prodigy through Limewire on my dial up modem.

No idea how people still get these things.

Even after all the torrenting and downloading dodgy stuff
I have never been hit with a virus
