Not really. I’d say, start with your network?

Me and my partner are doing the same, she takes care of that side of things and I manage build. For that reason paying her isn’t a thing, but you can always take someone on on a commission-only basis. That is, they get a percentage cut of whatever they manage to bring in.

If you want to do it yourself, great, but I wouldn’t advise it unless you’re good at that. You’ll get demoralised because it’s quite brutal out there, get someone used to pitching and the ups and downs and focus on engineering.
