Guys do you ever finish your side-projects??
I have almost 5 incomplete side-projects, i start something with great passion but lose motivation to complete them within hours.
Is it just me or do you guys experience the same?

At least you have ideas for projects...

Best advice I read somewhere (probably here): when you're starting a love project, design the whole thing on paper first.

It gets you thinking about the whole thing first up, before you get held up on trying to make "cool" code or features.
