Curiously, the font ligatures are on by default on the Win10 Notepad. -

I use Fira Code as well, and really like it, except when I try to tell the difference between <= and =< . The look exactly the same.

Fonts can play a key role in any design. Therefore, I always pay attention to it. Sometimes I need original design fonts for my projects.
