Junior level is 8 years experience!?

as long as they know what they want

At the end junior is just a title. They can call it whatever they want.

But as they say "Depends on experience", I expect them to pay a lot

Imagine the amount of effort it would take to turn senior there lols

Had the same problem but with Symphony : I'm in first year of developing and a company asked us to have like 5 self-educated years of experience with this sh***y framework, guys we're supposed to be "Juniors" 😂
