I really do believe that the only country that has some sort of contact with them is the U.S, there is also the possibility of area 51 actively holding alien life either in captivity or as scientific allies.

Also, they probably figure out that we might very well be the biggest threat, what with the military and a good chunk of our population having lots of pew pews.
