What about using advanced functions in MS Office? That's the standard in must schools and universities today.

@randomCoder I haven't encountered functions yet that don't exist in LibreOffice but then, I don't use it much.
I've always refused to use MS products for my studies and that has worked out pretty well for me :)

@randomCoder a bunch of referencing things and the type of bibliography format I.e. Harvard are what prevent me from using LibreOffice. I'm all Microsoft Office, I just wish MS would step up and make Office available to Linux since they're not going to be making much money off Windows 10 due to its licensing nature.
