Me too. Lego technicks with hydraulica, Electronic motors and dreaming about mindstorms. Listening captain jack. QBasic programming (I had old pc). Recording music with MD from tmf (music channel). Fights with brother. Best times.

    What do you miss?

Edit: this great device I used for music back then

I was born at the end of 97 so I was baby for all of it but that's kinda my point

@retoor Nice. I had a yellow Sony Ericsson walkman that I think survived until 2003. One of my earliest memories is listening to Celine Dion's I'm Alive on the walkman in my baby seat in my parents' blue Mazda Midge

We tend to miss the time we was born and raised (at least when we don't had a terrible childhood), and to think, the world was somehow better back then. But actually we just miss being a small child taken care of by mommy and daddy.

@horus big time. I miss the simple life of a blissfully unaware 3 year old. No idea about taxes or anything. And my brother didn't exist yet

Ahh my 36600K dial up modem, where you get a phone call and the internet disconnects. Sierra adventure games,
mIRC bots and warez sites. Good times.

Do you wanna know how it was to live in the 90's? Go ride a bus to the other side of town. And don't bring your phone.
Then do it every day until you know every building, pothole and stop in the route.
And finally one day forget something important back home, fully aware that you have absolutely no way of getting it now.
There is a reason time feels like it is speeding up - it totally is! We as a society want to escape the past as fast as we can.
