Managers are the way they are because they are reporting to narcissistic psychopaths that run companies.

C level people are insane. Lol.

I just asked my employees (from my office, yelling o course) "why am I the way they are" and one of them quickly responded with unresolved childhood trauma while the other one said "a history of anger management issues" and the rest agreed.
