2017: Numpy, Scipy, TensorFlow, Theano, Keras, Torch, CNNs, RNNs, GANs and LOTS AND LOTS OF MATH!

2010: clearly didn't have to deal with other people's code. In particular outsourced code...

With all the different libraries and stuff, it seems complicated at first but it really isn't that bad Imo.
At Least it brings a little bit of common structure & logic...

Ever resorted to grep-ping through files because your ide had zero idea and.. Getting 5 functions with same name & parameters but does slightly different things? Oh yeah.
Not even reflection can help ye and reversing the opcodes is just overkill..mostly.
