It's going to take many years to unravel and divorce, so you should not worry. It may involve some paperwork down the line but my guess is at least 5+ years. Go for it, see what they say about it.

TinyRick2049yhelloworld is right. There's a lot to negotiate and it will take quite a bit of time. Who knows, by then you might have moved back or you'll have been there long enough that they'll be willing to help you stay.

My guess is the current government will strike an agreement to still allow the same, or at least similar, freedoms to work within whatever is left of the union and UK. Even after the exit is finalised and actioned, you shouldn't notice much of difference to the way you work now. Go for it 👍🏻
